Recipe for protein cheesecake I made the other day hope you enjoy it ?. Protein cheesecake 

Ingredients :

5 no sugar biscuit ( you can use protein bar but as I didn’t have protein bars I go with no sugar biscuit) 
1 tbs coconut oil 
1 tbs almond milk 
125 g Light cream cheese 
50 g egg white 
Protein powder 1 scoop ( for the top )
Protein powder 15 g for the base 

Base :
Crash the biscuit and mix with 15 g 
protein powder and coconut oil and almond milk. Press the mixture in to the backing tin .
Add the cheese with egg white and 1 scoop of protein powder ( you can add more cheese and less protein for more cheesy taste ) 
Speared the mixture on top of the base and cook at 150 degree C for 20 min and let it rest for 30 min in fridge.
